Goals from Riyad Mahrez, Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland sealed a comfortable 3-0 victory for Pep Guardiola's side at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
The Premier League champions were in control from the outset and took the lead after 33 minutes when Mahrez finished coolly after being played through by Kevin De Bruyne.
Alvarez doubled the advantage just before the hour mark, slotting home from close range after Haaland's shot had been saved.
The Norwegian striker then put the game beyond doubt with a clinical finish in the 70th minute.
The victory sees Manchester City become the first English club to win the Club World Cup, and adds to their Premier League, EFL Cup and FA Cup triumphs in recent years.
